If you have installed cb plugin, and now you can't see old users in the member list, however new users are visible, then follow the following to get this solved.
1. Goto your joomla site administration
2. from top menu, from components tab select community builder
3. In community builder, from menu, select tools
4. On left side of this page, you will see three links, click on Synchronize Users.
