When we run a full system scan on kaspersky 2009 it detects several threats but don't give any option of deleting or fixing them. The have the name of file, its path and a virus name which they are vulnerable to. Well, the thing is simple, actually what items it shows are not viruses themself, and not infected with the virus even.

The are simply some of the files which are part of simple programs which we use , but can be vulnerable to the viruses which too kaspersky notifies along with file name. Now its upto the user what he prefers to do with it.

Either he can delete the file, or simply try to upgrade that software , which may have already fixed the issue. Other than that he can delete or let rely on the antivirus to keep it protected along with whole system from any incoming viruses.
