There are various utilities out there for that purpose, but the one that i found useful is called: Wireless Key View.

The downloaded file is the latest release as of date: 4th january, 2009.
By this simple file you can easily reveal the saved password for xp wireless in a very small time.
The password for wireless key are saved in the windows registry and can easily be revealed by a software like this which reads the registry values saved for this wireless key and decrypting them and showing to the user.
